  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on most orders. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery option available. Estimated 3–5 business days, flat fee $9.99.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for qualifying orders over.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or via our tracking page.

5. Peak Season & Delays

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to certain restricted locations, including U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

  • Shipping to multiple addresses within one order is not supported. Please place separate orders if you require delivery to different locations.

    • Reshipment: Missing or damaged items will be replaced and shipped at no extra cost.

    • Refund: A refund for the affected items will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the resolution within 72 hours of reporting the issue.
