How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

How long will it take to ship my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (free for most orders).

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days ($9.99).
    Order processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

My tracking number isn’t working

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I need help with a late order

Orders typically ship within 6 to 9 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 12 to 15 days.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), PayPal, Stripe, as well as checks and money orders.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

What is your return & refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if items are unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

  • Customer remorse: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Faulty or damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
