Whether you're stocking up on our premium Notebooks, grabbing a fresh pack of Sticky Notes, or sorting out your study routine with our Flashcards, we're dedicated to getting your office and study essentials to your doorstep without any fuss. Just reliable, hardworking Midwestern service straight from Ohio to you.
To keep things completely transparent, here is exactly how we handle and ship your orders:
1. Shipment Timing (Order Cut-Off, Handling, and Transit Time)
We work hard Monday through Friday to get your gear out the door. Please note our standard operating timelines:
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time (Processing): 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). This is the time it takes for our team in Akron to pick, pack, and hand over your order to our shipping carriers.
- Transit Time (Delivery): 3 - 5 business days (Monday - Friday). This is the time your package spends traveling from our facility to your address.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (typically 4 to 7 business days).
2. Shipping Cost
We like to keep things simple and fair—no hidden surprises at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping: On all domestic orders over $35.00.
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $35.00, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 will be applied at checkout.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Study Gear ships exclusively to addresses within the United States (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package hits the road, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email your way complete with a tracking number. You can easily track the journey of your pens and stationery anytime by visiting our dedicated tracking portal on our website (powered by ParcelPanel). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Wrong Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If you notice a mistake in your address, reach out to us immediately at support@studygear.store. If the order has already left our facility, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery details or offer a refund for incorrect addresses.
If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, check around your porch, ask your neighbors, or contact your local mail carrier first. If it's still missing, drop us a line and we'll help you look into it.
